The outlook for rural property is mixed, says Simon Pring, an experienced lawyer with a network of land agents, accountants and financial consultants.
The Farrer & Co partner reckons the country house market ‘will go up because it’s been quite subdued’. Similarly, renewed confidence could help the market for ‘strategic land’ sold to developers.
