Football manager and a former Dutch football player Ronald Koeman has an estimated net worth of £2 million.

Born on March 21, 1963, Koeman started his playing career in the football club Groningen in 1980. Young Koeman stayed three seasons, making 89 appearances and scoring 33 goals.

How did Koeman make his millions?


Koeman was signed by Ajax in 1983 and after playing for three seasons in the outfit, Koeman moved to PSV where he won 9 Eredivisie titles, 2 Dutch Cups and the European Cup.

In 1989, the player was noticed by Barcelona Koeman soon appeared in the squad of the Catalan club. In Barcelona, Koeman played in 192 matches and scored 67 goals, winning La Liga trophy, Copa del Rey, the European Cup of 1992 and the European Super Cup of 1992.
He also played for Feyernoord, where he stayed for 2 seasons, appearing in 60 matches and netting a ball 19 times.

Koeman has also represented Netherlands at the 1990 World Cup and World Cup 1994.
Koeman entered into coaching in 1995 when he became an assistant coach in Barcelona.
Amid a four-year stint at Ajax, the strategist conveyed the group to golden medals of the Eredivisie two times and secured the Dutch Cup. Another highlight in his managerial career was the spell in Portuguese club Benfica that under his management guaranteed the Supercup and achieved the quarter-finals of the Champions League. The mentor likewise headed PSV, winning the Eredivisie and Valencia, where he secured the Spanish Cup.

On 17 July 2011 Koeman was introduced as Feyenoord manager, thus played and coached all the “big three” Dutch clubs.
