Ricci Guarnaccio Net Worth

By Spear's

Reality TV star Ricci Guanaccio became famous when he joined MTV UK’s hit series Geordie Shore. The reality star has an estimated net worth in the hundreds of thousands.

Ricci Guarnaccio joined the MTV UK reality show Geordie Show in 2012 in its second series. He replaced series one star Greg Lake after Lake announced he was leaving the show. Guarnaccio appeared in 29 episodes, before leaving the show after its fifth series in 2013.

How did Guarnaccio earn his hundred-thousand pound net worth?

Born in Durham, Guarnaccio left home at the age of 17, moving to London to train as hairdresser. Trained by the renowned Toni Mascolo of Toni & Guy, Guarnaccio soon opened his own salon in Newcastle and made a huge success of it.

After selling the salon, 22-year-old Ricci entered the Geordie Shore house in 2011 to record-breaking premier ratings. As part of one of MTV’s most successful TV shows to date, Geordie Shore’s reach extends to over 1,000,000 viewers in the UK, and smashed it’s competitors upon debut in Australia (both MTV and Network Ten).

Guarnaccio later signed on for a series of MTV’s latest reality offering Ex on the Beach in 2014.

Later that year, Guarnaccio entered the UK Celebrity Big Brother house for its 14th series. Guarnaccio lasted 24 days as a housemate before being evicted two days before the finale.

Since his departure from reality TV, Guarnaccio has toured internationally to sellout crowds across the globe.

More recently Guarnaccio, alongside Geordie Shore co-star James Tindale, travelled to Australia as judges, searching for Australia’s very own ‘MTV Worldie of the Year’.
