Dina de Angelo grew up in the US, beginning her career at Bessemer Trust before being posted to the United Kingdom to spearhead its international work. The posting was made permanent and she moved to the UK. After a stint working for Rothschild’s international private client division, de Angelo moved to Pictet. She now leads the UK and Irish initiative within Pictet, which is ‘growing incredibly’.

As one of the bank’s most senior female executives, de Angelo is a frequent commentator on next-gen issues and women in wealth. She believes that ‘private banking is a wonderful career for women’, and that ‘it plays to all of our strengths – relationship-driven, strong communications skills, strong investment skills, instinct, creativity’.
