Gaggenau and Obsession, the Global Food Festival at Lancashire’s Northcote hotel, will host an exclusive evening for Spear’s readers on Thursday 4th February, giving the Spear’s Reader and their guest the chance to dine at the Chef’s table with Diego Hernandez of Corazon De Tierra, voted 30th in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2014 awards, at the helm.

During the day Diego will be hosting an intimate demonstration of a Taste of his award winning dishes.

In the evening Diego will take up the chef’s mantle and after guests are welcomed with a glass of Louis Roederer Brut Premier and canapés, will prepare a signature five-course menu with specially chosen wines (introduced by Northcote’s head sommelier), followed by Ramos Pinto port and a cheeseboard, signed menus and Obsession gifts.

Dessert by no means ends the night: Each package includes a night for a reader and their guest in a Superior room at Nigel Haworth’s renowned Northcote Hotel.
