At the age of 14, her parents split up after her dad’s businesses went bankrupt. Seeing her mum eking out a living from state benefits to provide for Essex and her three brothers—while re-acquiring job skills as she had always been a homemaker, Essex vowed never to end up like that and has kept up a job ever since.
Deciding to marry a millionaire, Essex soon left Epsom for Chelsea, London and began eyeing six-figure relationships. With a job in marketing to support her, Essex frequented Chelsea’s happening hotspots in her quest for ‘her millionaire’; one who would appreciate and share her leaning towards luxury.
