J Hus net worth

British recording artist J Hus has an estimated net worth of £100,000.

Born on May 27, 1996, real name Momodou Jallow, J Hus grew up in Stratford, London. He is of Ghanaian and Gambian descent. He began his career by recording several freestyles, and publishing them online.

He was persuaded to become professional after two of his friends offered to become his management.

How did J Hus make his fortune?

J Hus gained prominence with his 2015 hot song ‘Dem Boy Paigon’. In the same year, he released ‘Lean & Bop’, which was streamed ten million times on YouTube.

Around this time, he also released a ‘Daily Duppy’ for GRM Music, which he followed with his first mixtape, The 15th Day.

J Hus released the single ‘Friendly’ in 2016, which received a nomination at the 2016 MOBO Awards, as well as ‘Playing Sports’, ‘Liar Liar’ (remix) and ‘Solo One’, the last of which appeared on the Brotherhood soundtrack.

His 2017 single ‘Did You See’ charted at number 9 on the UK Singles Chart, but also featured on Stormzy and Ghetts’ ‘Bad Boys’ from his album Gang Signs & Prayer which peaked at number 22 and on Dave’s ‘Samantha’, which peaked at number 63.

On 11 May 2017, it was announced that J Hus had been signed to Epic Records. The following day, he released his debut album, Common Sense, and went straight to number 3 on the iTunes chart, peaking at number 6 on the UK Albums Chart.
