Wiltons, the historic and elegant St James’s stalwart is celebrating summer in the city, with a distinctive, brand-new set menu created by Head Chef, Daniel Kent and his talented team that is bursting with flavours celebrating the best of the summer produce from the British Isles. The Summer Set Menu will be available for lunch and dinner at Wiltons from Monday 29th July 2019 to Saturday 31st August 2019. At just £53 per person for three courses and half a bottle of sommelier selected wine, what better way to celebrate summer in London?
Showcasing the ‘best of British’ local residents, visitors and those with an interest in fine food and wine, can choose from a range of courses including Isle of Wight tomato consommé, Cured Chalk Stream trout, nasturtium and trout roe or a selection of mouth-watering roast meats from the traditional carving trolley, or a light dish of Red mullet, baby gem and warm olive oil sauce. The selection of divine desserts includes, warm strawberry and almond crumble with crème anglaise, blackcurrant jelly and honey madeleines and crème fraiche ice cream and a selection of home-made ice cream and sorbets which reflect the refreshing flavours of summer and include grapefruit, strawberry, blackcurrant or raspberry. Diners can finish their meal with an assortment of delicious petit fours and freshly brewed coffee.
The Summer Set Menu embraces the warmer season by incorporating ingredients that are plentiful in the UK, such as spring lamb, broad beans, peas, wild strawberries, tomatoes and fresh herbs, and Head Chef, Daniel Kent and his team have created a variety of dishes which allow the flavours of the highest quality and freshest ingredients to speak for themselves.

The Summer Set Menu is available at Wiltons from Monday to Friday, Lunch 12:00 pm to 14:15 pm and Dinner from 17:30 pm to 21.15 pm and Saturday Dinner from 17:30 pm to 21:15 pm
