Anthony Poulton of Baker McKenzie has built a highly international practice based on exceptional competence paired with an amiable personality. His clientele includes trustees, executors, protectors, beneficiaries and interested third parties. 

He’s known for handling work with a Middle East, Far East and offshore angle: he acted for a Jersey-based trustee in a complex fraud claim that spanned jurisdictions including Russia, Kazakhstan, England, Jersey, Guernsey and the BVI. He also acted for Grupo Torras SA in relation to the enforcement of an $800 million judgement over trust and personal assets in multiple jurisdictions, following a fraud by key management personnel.
