Beachwear business owner and The Apprentice UK series 12 candidate JD O’Brien has an estimated net worth in the thousands.

O’Brien, from London is the founder and owner of a men’s beachwear company.

How did The Apprentice series 12 candidate make his money?

O’Brien worked at BGC Partners as a Broker for four year in Singapore. He then moved on to GFI Group for another four years, trading FX Options in Asia in G10 currencies.
He moved to London where he launched a new beachwear brand called Munkle with fresh and energetic designs at munklebeachwear.com.

O’Brien works as a Managing Director at his company. Munkle is a men’s and children’s beachwear brand alongside designer Nicola McCulloch. The brand launched its first collection in 2015 in which prices range between £25 and £55.

O’Brien appears on the BBC One 12th series of The Apprentice UK, front lined by Lord Sugar.

The Apprentice is a British reality game show in which a group of aspiring businesswomen and men compete for the chance to win a £250,000 investment from British business magnate, Alan Sugar, towards a business of the candidate’s creation, with Sugar as a 50% owner.
